TIFF GLAM BAR Reviews

I’ve seen both Tiff and Yvonne for lymphatic drainage massages as a part of my recovery from top surgery + lipo on my stomach/love handles. Both Tiff and Yvonne are incredibly knowledgeable, dedicated to their profession, and on top of that so kind. They both have handled my post surgery anxiety with so much compassion. Between educating me on the impact LDM has on healing, showing me ways to continue certain massages at home, or being objective about swelling I feel like after each session I walk away more and more at ease and thankful to be in their care. I suffer from chronic back pain and it’s gotten worse since surgery. I mentioned that to Yvonne. She did a gentle massage on my back and immediately pin-pointed a tender spot. She then educated me on how fluids don’t just accumulate at the surgery site and how drainage could be needed elsewhere. We talked about the negative effects of not addressing the lymphatic fluids and I realized I’ve had friends go through those complications. I thanked the stars I was in their hands. The massages are great and this education has been such a crucial step in alleviating my anxiety. I can’t thank Tiff and Yvonne enough! I haven’t received any other treatments at the Glam Bar but her staff are all so sweet and every time I see someone leaving their hair is always on point.

I have been coming here every month since November 2019 for my monthly Brazilian waxes with Arie (@thewaxlounge)!! I have been to a European Wax Center years ago and the experiences are so different and I’ll never go to anyone other than Arie now. Arie really gets to know her clients and makes them feel so comfortable!! She’s also super clean and really tries her best to accommodate her clients and make sure they have the best experience with her. Arie also gives great overall waxing tips, both in person and on her instagram account, you can tell she’s knowledgeable about what she does! She may get booked fast but for good reason, she really is the best in the business so if you’re even thinking of booking, do it!!! Besides the wax lounge, this glam bar (@tiffglambarr) is great overall. The owner Tiff, pays attention to detail and is always super welcoming when you walk in. Tiff has such great plans for her glam bar and I really see this place taking off! You can tell how much both Tiff and Arie are dedicated to their work by how much they put into it!! Love this place and the staff so so much!

I booked thewaxlounge for my waxing service. Even though I arrived a few minutes late, Arie was still very pleasant and professional and did an amazing job with my wax. We chatted the whole time and by the time I looked up she was done! I would definitely recommend her if you are seeking good waxing services

One the 21st of July, I received my wax from Arie (@TheWaxLoungeNYC) for the first time and I had a great experience! She was very professional, had a great personality and was very very informative. She talks you through your waxing process, while constantly making sure that you’re okay. It was worth traveling all the way from the Bronx! I highly recommend and can’t wait to book her services again! ❤️❤️

The wax lounge in tiff glam bar has never given me anything short of exceptional service! Arie talks you though the process, she remembers you from your first session and is so accommodating. She is building a business and with evolving brings updates to policies. The prices have gone up since I started going to her, but so has her quality! With that being said I can’t ever be mad at that. The room is beautiful, she does an excellent job, and the experience is top tier. It hurts me to see people lie on here and try to tarnish more than one business because they weren’t cognizant of the policies when they booked their appointments.
